As it says, this application lets you down/upload files through a browser from/to your iPhone/iPod Touch, so both, your computer and the device must be connected to the same wi-fi network. You can see what files you have uploaded in your iPod, but you cant do anything else with them. In the browser, you can download and upload the files (one at a time) and create folders, but you can not move the uploaded files. The app uses its own files structure, so you can not open the files you upload to the iPod with other applications (something annoying that has become the norm with this little toys)
